Jessica Castillo

Jessica Castillo is an Operating Partner at Sovereign’s Capital focusing on the lower middle market practice. She brings over 15 years of operational and growth consulting experience across a variety of sectors. Prior to Sovereign’s, Jessica worked in the operating arm at Vista Equity Partners, working closely with the executive teams of rapidly growing SaaS and data businesses on critical value creation initiatives. Before joining Vista, she spent 10 years at McKinsey focused on sustainable operations transformations of industrial and transportation businesses with a dual emphasis on the performance and health of organizations. Jessica is passionate about building businesses that serve both their customers and employees well because of thoughtful leadership and business design.
