Scott Barstow

Scott Barstow is currently an advisor at Sovereign’s Capital, but they have also held positions as the CTO and operating partner at Pacific Lake Partners and a co-founder of Spellbound Partners. Scott has also been the founder of Rocket Hangar for 11 years and 11 months.

Scott has always had a passion for technology and its potential to change the world. This led him to become a CTO and operating partner at Pacific Lake Partners, where they helped companies better align their technology strategy with their business goals. Scott then went on to co-found Spellbound Partners, which provides On-Demand and Fractional CTO Services to companies who either don't have a full time CTO, or don't need one.

In their 11 years as the founder of Rocket Hangar, Scott has developed various ventures, investments and product ideas. Theircurrent products include MessageBoard.io, an enterprise inbox management application for business texting. Scott’s passion for technology and its potential to make a difference in the world is evident in all that they do.
