Ricko Fabianto has over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. Ricko is currently employed at Igloo (formerly Axinan) as the Sr. Business Development Manager since June 2021. Before this, they worked as the Head of Customer Relations at PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia from May 2020 to November 2020. Prior to that, they held various positions at AXA Partners - Credit & Lifestyle Protection, Chubb, Asuransi Bina Dana Arta Tbk PT, PT Avrist Assurance, Accette Broker Asuransi, and PT Asuransi Sinar Mas. Ricko'sroles encompassed business development, managing relationships with broker partners, developing new business, and maintaining renewal accounts in areas such as health insurance, general insurance, employee benefits, and personal lines insurance. Ricko has a proven track record of contributing to the growth of each organization they have worked for.

Ricko Fabianto began their education journey in 1997 at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan. Ricko pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and completed it in 2003.

After obtaining their Bachelor's degree, Ricko then focused on the field of insurance. From 2003 to 2011, they attended AAMAI (Asosiasi Ahli Manajemen Indonesia) and earned the degree of AAIK (Ahli Asuransi Indonesia sektor Kerugian), specializing in General Insurance.

In 2009, Ricko enrolled at PAMJAKI (Perkumpulan Ahli Manajemen Jaminan dan Asuransi Kesehatan Indonesia) to further their knowledge in the area of Health Insurance and Managed Care. Ricko completed the program and was awarded the degree of AAK (Ahli Asuransi Kesehatan) in 2014.

Most recently, in 2019, Ricko Fabianto obtained an Associate CIP in General Insurance from ANZIIF (Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance).
