Spencer Bajcar has a diverse range of work experience. In 2018, they worked as an Intern at the Village Exchange Center, where they developed curriculum for the Youth Natural Leaders program, focusing on cultural understanding, servant leadership, civic engagement, and professional skills to aid immigrant and refugee high schoolers in integrating into the United States.

In 2020, Spencer joined Wardenburg Health Services as a Patient Access Coordinator. Spencer managed the front desk operations by addressing patient inquiries, explaining insurance policies, and connecting patients to various services.

Currently, Spencer is working at Sovrn as a Customer Support Manager, Commerce. Their responsibilities include overseeing customer support activities related to commerce, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team. Prior to this role, they served as a Customer Support Specialist II, Data, and a Customer Support Specialist I at Sovrn.

Spencer Bajcar attended Erie High School from 2012 to 2016, where they completed their high school education. After that, they enrolled in the University of Colorado Boulder, graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their areas of study were Chemistry and Sociology. In 2018 to 2019, Spencer also pursued a certificate program in Green Chemistry and Chemical Stewardship at the University of Washington. Additionally, Spencer obtained a certification in SQL from Sololearn in December 2021.
