Hayley Hammonds

Hayley Hammonds brings a wealth of experience and education to her role at Sowell Management. She has a strong background in the financial space, most recently at Shelton Capital Management and 361 Capital, both based in Denver, Colorado. Her expertise lies in cultivating new business opportunities and effectively overseeing client relationships.

Originally from McKinney, Texas, Hayley calls Fayetteville, Arkansas, her “home away from home.” She is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Sam M. Walton College of Business. She also holds her Series 7, 6, and 63 licenses.

Having shared a longstanding personal connection with the Sowell family, Haley values their strong work ethic and authenticity and enjoys working with, and for them, she says. In her current role, she focuses on cultivating and nurturing relationships with financial advisors by showcasing the company’s platforms, operations, asset management services, marketing, and technology solutions.

At Sowell Management, she puts the best advice she has ever received into action: “Work hard and have fun doing it.”

The lights of Hayley’s life are her fiancé, Connor, and her black lab puppy, Bacon. An outdoor enthusiast who lives and works in Denver, Colorado, Haley enjoys skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, camping, playing tennis, and, more recently, fly fishing. And when she’s not out in the fresh air, she spends time with friends and family – often eating her favorite dinner – green chile cheeseburgers.
