Jack Leach

Jack Leach currently serves as a Private Equity Associate at Sower Investment Partners since May 2023. Previously, Jack worked as a Senior Associate in Venture Capital and Private Equity at Innovest Holding, LLC, from September 2022 to December 2024, and as a Transaction Advisory Services Analyst at Kroll from December 2022 to May 2023. Jack's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Assurance Associate and Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP, along with an internship in Internal Audit at U.S. Bank. Jack holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Master of Investment Management and Financial Analysis from Creighton University's Heider College of Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Olaf College.
