Mohamed Shinas has over a decade of experience in quality assurance and chemistry within the food production and nutritional sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Officer at Soybean Crushing Company & Derivatives since April 2013, Mohamed performs root cause analysis to resolve quality issues and maintains tracking of quality concerns across various stakeholders. Previously, as a Senior Chemist, responsibilities included the supervision of the QA laboratory and the standardization and validation of analytical methods. Prior experience at National Prawn Company involved overseeing the quality assessment of feed and raw materials, focusing on nutrient composition analysis. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, earned in 2008.
