Daniel Sauerbeck

Daniel Sauerbeck has extensive experience in labor relations and organizational leadership, with a career at ZF Group beginning in August 2006, where roles include Aufsichtsratsmitglied at ZF Automotive Germany GmbH and Stellvertretender Betriebsratsvorsitzender at ZF Alfdorf. In addition to various committee positions, including Vorsitzender Wirtschafsbeirat DIV R, Daniel also serves as an Aufsichtsratsmitglied at TRW Automotive GmbH and has experience as both an Anlagenführer and Werkzeugmechaniker. Since May 2016, Daniel has been actively involved with the Sozialdemokratische Partei Deutschlands (SPD) as a Beisitzer im Landesvorstand Baden-Württemberg and AfA-Vorsitzender KV-Ostalb. Furthermore, involvement with IG Metall as a Gewerkschafter commenced in January 2009. Daniel is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Personal & Arbeitsrecht from Steinbeis Hochschule, complemented by training in systemische Beratung from IF-Weinheim GmbH, completed in July 2022.
