Nettie Reyes

Nettie Reyes joined Sozo Ventures in July 2019.

She is Director of Operations at Sozo Ventures. She helps our investment team stay on time and on track. She also makes sure our office is running smoothly and that projects get done. Her zone of genius is designing and executing events for our firm.

Previously, Nettie was Chief of Staff of Ulu Ventures where she managed the day to day operations of the office and provided support to the Managing Directors. Additionally, Nettie spent 10 years as Director of Operations at Kauffman Fellows, where she managed domestic programs and orchestrated global venture capital summits in eight different countries including China, Brazil and Singapore. She assisted in strategic planning for the organization and all aspects of staff operations. Her background also includes work as an Executive Assistant at Onset Ventures and Quality Assurance Engineer at Gap Inc’s web group, where she deployed and maintained test scripts for their online properties.

Nettie completed both her undergraduate and her MBA degrees at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, CA.
