Rasmus Hammarberg has been working in the field of content and customer success since 2012. Rasmus began their career as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Jeeves ERP in 2012. In 2013, they joined the writing crew for the online magazine Rebelle Society, where they wrote about art, creativity and wellness. Rasmus was also featured in the collection of essays "Best of Rebelle Society, Volume I: Celebrating the Art of Being Alive". In 2015, they became an Editorial Intern at Bonnier Management 360°, where they held interviews with HR trendsetters, researched and wrote articles in the areas of wellness and HR, and edited content for the new, digital platform. Rasmus continued their work with Bonnier Management 360° on a freelance basis. In 2016, they joined Insight Lab as a Trend Editor, where they researched and wrote articles with a focus on HR, edited articles for the magazine and online service, and scouted HR trends. In 2019, they became the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of HR-News by Your Market Inn, where they created, designed and maintained the website, designed, formatted and set the magazine in English and Swedish, and researched, wrote and edited articles in English and Swedish. Rasmus also became a Customer Success Officer at Awesome Group AB, where they were responsible for customer implementations of N’GAGER, including set-up, workshops and customer training, as well as ongoing customer success via front-line support and customer projects. Finally, in 2020, they became Co-Founder and Head of Content and Co-Founder and Content & Customer Success Manager at SPCE.
Rasmus Hammarberg's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Philosophy from New York University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Rasmus also attended Berkeley College for a year in 2011-2012, studying International Business. In 2022, they obtained two Professional Certifications from Berghs School of Communication in UX Writing and Digital Copywriting. Additionally, they obtained two Course Certificates from Berghs School of Communication in UX Writing in December 2022 and Digital Copywriting in June 2022.
