Kaushi Fernando has been working at Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness since March 2017, initially serving as an HR Assistant before advancing to the position of Junior HR Officer. With ongoing professional development in Human Resources Management through the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management from 2018 to 2020, Kaushi has built a solid foundation in HR practices.
