Tim Dopson

Tim Dopson serves as the Group Restaurants Manager for Spa Esprit Group Pte Ltd since 2021, overseeing a diverse portfolio of award-winning restaurants in Singapore. From 2019 to 2021, Tim held the position of General Manager at Salt Grill & Sky Bar, an esteemed modern Australian grill restaurant situated atop Ion Orchard. Prior experience includes General Manager roles at CURE Concepts, where Tim managed the operations of notable establishments such as Cure Restaurant, recognized with a Michelin star and listed in the Tatler Top 20 restaurants. Tim also served as General Manager at Ten Japanese Restaurant in Australia and Malaysia, earning various accolades including a chef's hat and a spot in the Top 100 restaurants by Gourmet Traveller. Earlier experience involves the role of Restaurant General Manager at Merivale. Tim holds a Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Macleay College.
