Bob Hess

Bob Hess has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2006, they served as Chief of Plans at U.S. Army Europe until 2008. Following this, they became Commander of the U.S. Army Aeronautical Services Agency from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined MCR LLC as a Senior Staff Advisor until 2012, where they then transitioned to MCR Federal, LLC as the Manager of the External Support Team until 2013. Currently, they are working at MCR, LLC as Director of UAS Support Operations.

Bob Hess attended Old Dominion University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Later, in 2002, they pursued higher education at Marine Corps War College and obtained a Master's Degree in Military Strategic Studies, General in 2003.
