Elizabeth Minahan

Elizabeth Minahan has a strong background in program management and analysis. Elizabeth started their career in 2011 as a US Navy Submarine Officer, where they served for five years. In 2018, they transitioned to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. and held the position of Program Analyst until September 2021. From September 2021 onwards, they have been working as a Program Manager at the same company.

Elizabeth Minahan attended the United States Naval Academy from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in English.
