Zack Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Most recently, they worked as a Military Operations Analyst at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a CSIS Project on Nuclear Issues (PONI) Scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) from January to August 2022. Before that, they served as a Congressional Fellow at The Nuclear Security Working Group from March 2021 to August 2022. From July 2019 to March 2021, Zack was a Policy Associate and Special Assistant to the President at Ploughshares Fund. Zack also worked as a Research Assistant at Ploughshares Fund from May 2018 to June 2019. Earlier in their career, Zack worked as an Antitrust Paralegal at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from June 2014 to July 2017. Zack also had roles as a Weingartner Policy Fellow at Roy R. Charles Center, College of William & Mary, a Global Summer Intern at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace's Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy, a Communications Intern at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a Scheduler at Massachusetts State Senate, and a Swim Team Coach at Melrsose YMCA.
Zack Brown pursued their education at Georgetown University from 2017 to 2019, where they graduated with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Foreign Service. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, they attended William & Mary. While at William & Mary, Zack focused their studies on Government, Economics, and Chinese.
