Chris Newlands

Chris Newlands is the CEO of Space Aye, which is revolutionizing the real-time satellite imagery sector by merging this technology with over 15 billion IoT devices to create a commercial opportunity within a $1 trillion USD market. Newlands also serves as CEO of Space 2 Consumer, a division of Space Aye, and as CEO and Founder of Spelfie, which partners with AIRBUS to provide real-time satellite images for events. Newlands holds memberships and leadership roles in various organizations, including the World Geospatial Industry Council and the Open Geospatial Consortium. Additionally, Newlands is involved with the Scotland International Space Advisory Committee and serves as a trustee for Robbie's Dream Foundation, which supports special needs children. Prior professional experience includes a long tenure as a Chartered Financial Planner with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
