Donáh Srodzinski

Donáh Srodzinski has a diverse work experience starting from 2008. Donáh worked at Addtec Resourcing Ltd as a Technical Recruitment Consultant, where they focused on recruiting for large organizations in the manufacturing industry. In 2009, they joined the University of Glamorgan as a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator, where they supported the Adult & Work Based Learning Development Officer. In 2010, they moved to IntaPeople: STEM Recruitment and held various roles including Engineering Resourcer, IT & Engineering Resourcing Team Lead, IT & Engineering Talent Manager, and Internal Recruitment & On-boarding Manager. In these roles, they specialized in sourcing high-quality candidates for permanent and contract positions. In 2022, they joined AdEPT Technology Group plc as an Interim Recruitment Manager before moving to their most recent role as an Interim Recruitment Manager at Space Forge, where they worked on their ongoing recruitment strategy.

Donáh Srodzinski completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Tourism Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2007, achieving a 2.1 grade. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Travel & Tourism at Exeter College from 2002 to 2004, specializing in AVCE. Additionally, Donáh has obtained several certifications, including "Paiger University: How to be successful on LinkedIn" from Paiger in August 2022, "Inbound Marketing" from HubSpot in January 2017, "Edexcel Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management (QCF)" from ACT Training in February 2014, "ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management" from ACT Training in December 2013, "EDI Level 3 Certificate in Management Principles" from ACT Training in April 2013, and "Institute of Recruitment Professionals - Affiliate (AIRP)" from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) - Members Only Group in April 2017.
