Greg Beaton

Greg Beaton is a highly experienced FPGA designer and engineer with a career spanning several decades in the technology sector. Currently serving as FPGA Designer and Team Leader at SpaceBridge Inc. since November 2018, Greg has held significant positions at various organizations, including GB Consulting Services as an FPGA/ASIC Specialist and Averna as a Senior FPGA Engineer. Throughout the years, Greg has contributed to notable projects at Introspect Technology, Wavesat, Opal-RT Technologies, Future Electronics, Gridpoint Systems, and SPAR Aerospace, where important roles involved leading teams and developing innovative technologies, particularly in the telecommunications and aerospace fields. Greg holds an Honours B.ASc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a diploma in Photography from Concordia University.
