Diana Ciobotea has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Diana is currently working as a Success & Engagement Manager at spaceOS, where they oversee client projects from the sales handover to launch. Prior to this, Diana founded Backstagers, a Music Business platform aimed at providing insights and trends to those interested in the industry. Diana also started Diana's Roads, a project combining their passion for music and traveling. Additionally, Diana has worked as a Senior Publicist & Copywriter, a Production/Backstage Assistant for top-tier bands, and a Co-Founder of Linkin Park Romania. Diana has also held roles such as PR & Events Coordinator at Prince Nicholas of Romania Association, Freelance Contributor for Blue Air Magazine, and Artist Management/PR for Famous Production. Furthermore, Diana established Music Pass, where they served as the Founder and Editor-in-chief.

Diana Ciobotea completed an online course in "Creativity: Music to My Ears" at Stanford University in 2014. In the following year, they pursued another online course, "Introduction to the Music Business," at Berklee College of Music. Prior to this, Diana studied at the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Journalism degree with a focus on Journalism and PR.
