Desiree H.

Desiree H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2019, they worked on consulting projects, and in 2020, they held positions at the U.S. Department of State, Lenovo, and the World Economic Forum as a researcher and operations staff, business development, and as a global shaper, respectively. In 2021, they were a fellow at On Deck's Catalyst Program, where they received a scholarship. In 2022, they worked at Hitachi in an investing role. Since 2020, they have also been a co-founder at Spacept, where they focus on operations and strategy, utilizing AI and remote sensing for infrastructure security related to climate change. Additionally, they joined the finance, operations, and strategy team at EDEN in 2023. Throughout their career, Desiree has been involved in various projects and has received funding and support from organizations like the European Space Agency, the Swedish government, Katapult, Antler, Google, and Copernicus.

Desiree H. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of South Carolina. Desiree'smajors were International Business, Finance, and Management, with a minor in French and an analytics concentration. Desiree also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree from Imperial College London, where they pursued studies in Climate Change, Management, and Finance. Prior to their higher education, Desiree completed their High School/Secondary education at The Bolles School, where they earned their diplomas and certificates.
