Roland T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Roland started their career with Ausasia Capital in 2013, where they served as the Managing Partner. At Ausasia, they were responsible for managing a private investment vehicle that focused on investing in small and early-stage businesses.

In 2015, Roland co-founded Spacer Technologies, a company that aimed to provide innovative space solutions. Roland served as a Co-Founder, Investor, and Chair of the company.

During their tenure at Spacer Technologies, Roland also worked as the General Manager of New Markets and Strategy at Cover-More Group from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the development of new markets and strategies for the company.

Roland T. began their education at the University of Sydney in 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Hons degree in the field of Laws. During the same time, they also worked towards a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, focusing on Economics, Finance, and Accounting. Roland completed both degrees in 2000. Later, in 2002, Roland attended Kaplan Professional to pursue a Master of Applied Finance (M.AppFin) degree, specializing in Corporate Finance and Valuation. Roland successfully completed this program in 2006.
