Ritesh Malik

Ritesh Malik has a diverse work experience in the field of design, specifically in the furniture industry. Ritesh started their career as an Industrial Design Trainee at Prince Corp Private Limited in 2006. Later, they worked as an Industrial Design Intern at LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd in 2007.

In 2008, Ritesh joined Glue Design Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Head, specializing in multidisciplinary design including product, retail, and exhibition design. During their tenure there, they gained expertise in Retail Design, Exhibition Design, and Product/Industrial Design.

Ritesh also worked as a Visiting Faculty at the National Institute of Design in 2008, where they shared their knowledge and expertise with students.

In 2010, Ritesh joined SPACEWOOD Furnishers Pvt Ltd, where they progressed from the role of Manager-Design to Senior Manager-Design and eventually became the Head of Design. Ritesh played a key role in the new product development process, managing various categories such as Home (Bedroom & Living Room), Office Desking, and Door. Ritesh'sresponsibilities included designing new products, coordinating with production and quality check teams, and attending furniture fairs to gain inspiration and knowledge about current trends and innovations in the industry.

Throughout their career, Ritesh has demonstrated their ability to improve existing furniture items, develop creative concepts, manage multiple design assignments, and create proposals for clients. Ritesh has a strong background in innovative design, functional requirements, and aesthetic appeal.

Ritesh Malik began their education in 2000 at Shri Datta Meghe Collage of Engineering (SDMP), where they studied Mechanical Engineering and obtained a diploma. Ritesh then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the National Institute of Design from 2003 to 2007. In 2006, Ritesh participated in an Industrial Design Exchange Programme at Pforzheim University, where they focused on Industrial Design.
