Guillermo Pamanes

Guillermo Pamanes is a highly experienced engineering and manufacturing professional, currently serving as Quality Manager at SpaceX since August 2024. Previously, Guillermo held multiple leadership roles at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, including Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing, from January 2020 to August 2024. Prior to that, Guillermo worked at Boeing from March 2015 to November 2019, taking on positions such as 777X Production Engineering Manager and 777X Wing Assembly Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at John Deere from December 2010 to March 2014, where Guillermo contributed to significant projects in engine integration and chassis. Guillermo's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management.
