Josh Domingo

Josh Domingo currently serves as the Manager of Marine Operations at SpaceX, focusing on advancing interplanetary exploration through maritime efforts. Prior to this role, Josh held various engineering and management positions, including Senior Port Engineer at SpaceX and Assistant Program Manager at T-Solutions, Inc., managing port engineering projects for the US Navy across multiple locations. With extensive experience in port engineering, program management, and maritime operations, Josh has also co-founded D&W Marine Systems Management, Inc., and served in leadership roles at Seaward Services, Inc. and Walashek Industrial & Marine, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Global Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Systems Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Additional language skills in Levantine Arabic were acquired at the Saifi Language Institute.
