Jeffrey Terry has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeffrey started their career as a Web Developer at The Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth (I-CCEW) in 2014, before co-founding XiP Technologies in the same year. At XiP Technologies, Jeffrey was responsible for developing and designing devices to track cars in parking lots. Although the endeavor was unsuccessful, Jeffrey gained valuable experience in startups and life.

In 2015, Jeffrey returned to The Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth (I-CCEW), this time as a Software Business Accelerator Alumni Intern. Jeffrey utilized the MEAN stack to create a scalable content-sharing web application and focused on ensuring secure functionality for large corporate partners.

Later in 2015, Jeffrey joined National Instruments as a Software R&D Intern, where they played a significant role in shipping NI's Software Platform Bundle, a $50 million revenue stream, on time. Jeffrey contributed over 2000 lines of high-quality code to multiple projects.

In 2016, Jeffrey interned at Microsoft as a Software Engineer Intern, gaining exposure to software development in a corporate setting.

Jeffrey's academic journey began in 2013 as a Student at the University of Oklahoma, where they also worked as a Writing Center Tutor from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Graduate Fellow at The Ohio State University, continuing their academic pursuits until 2020.

In 2020, Jeffrey joined AskMe Learning as a Software Engineer before transitioning to Concertiv in 2021 as a Software Engineer II. Currently, they are employed at Spade as a Software Engineer, starting in 2022.

Jeffrey Terry began their education at Norman High School from the year 2009 to 2013. Following their high school education, they attended the University of Oklahoma from 2013 to 2018. During this time, Jeffrey obtained a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Mathematics and English, along with a minor in Computer Science, completing a total of 10 courses in that field of study. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in English with a focus on Digital Media Studies at The Ohio State University from 2018 to 2020. In terms of certifications, Jeffrey obtained the Triplebyte Certified Front-end Engineer and Triplebyte Certified Generalist Engineer certifications in February 2021 from the Triplebyte institution.
