Randee Walker

Randee Walker is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management and consulting. Currently serving as Human Resources Director for Spafax in the US and Canada since February 2008, Randee also operates as a Human Resources Consultant with RGW Consulting, specializing in various HR functions including leadership development, compliance, and employee relations. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Cadbury Schweppes - Snapple, and Human Resources Generalist at Young & Rubicam, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, training programs, and recruitment processes. Randee's foundational experience began as a Human Resources Representative at Finance America. Randee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dalhousie University and is pursuing a Certificate in Human Resources from UC Irvine.
