Paul Van Branteghem

Paul Van Branteghem is an experienced professional in the field of artificial intelligence, currently serving as the National AI Strategy and Development lead at INECO since May 2024, where responsibilities include developing the National Language Technologies Plan and evaluating internal AI projects. As a co-founder of Spain AI, Paul manages one of the largest AI communities in Spain, facilitating networking and knowledge sharing among AI enthusiasts. Additionally, Paul co-founded Big Onion and has held multiple lecturing positions at various institutions, teaching big data and advanced analytics. With a robust educational background including master's degrees in Advanced & Applied Artificial Intelligence, Meteorology, and Marketing, Paul brings extensive expertise to both academia and industry.
