Phil Webber is the founder and president of EnEnable Performance Inc., a Vancouver-based firm dedicated to helping organizations achieve sustainability and improve performance by tackling environmental and social challenges. With experience as a senior associate in the BC Practice and Energy Sectors at SPAN Consulting, Phil engages in business development and technical program design. Previous roles include serving as Business Services Manager at BC Hydro, overseeing corporate financial reporting and policy development, and working as an Audit Manager at PwC, specializing in auditing for the forestry, banking, and oil & gas sectors. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
