Rachel Lett is currently the Head of Coaching at Span. Prior to that, they worked as a Ski Guide Assistant with Powder Byrne International during peak week in February. Before that, they were a Logistics and Winery Assistant with Langham Wine Estate in October. Rachel has also worked as a Nutrition Chef and Hospitality Manager for Polo Valley and as a Chef for a private wedding.
Rachel Lett has a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition from the University of Leeds and has also completed a 12 Week Cookery Course from the Ballymaloe Cookery School. Rachel has a certification in HACCP level 1 from the Ballymaloe Cookery School.
