Prathamesh Rahate

Prathamesh Rahate is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in embedded systems and driver development, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at SpanIdea Systems since March 2015. Prathamesh has a strong background in board bring-up activities for custom boards utilizing Nvidia Jetson TX1 and Imx6qp from NXP, as well as expertise in cross-compilation and back-porting drivers. Prior to this role, Prathamesh worked on contract at Cisco, contributing to projects involving UCSM, virtualization, and Linux device drivers. An internship at NVIDIA included the implementation of video quality improvement techniques using CUDA. Prathamesh holds a Master's Degree in Communication Systems Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and an Engineer's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering.
