Jeetendra Shelatkar

Jeetendra Shelatkar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jeetendra currently works as a Director of QA and Compliance at Spanx. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager of Product Quality at Banana Republic, where they established and tracked product quality KPIs, developed a product testing calendar, and identified and mitigated risk issues during product development. Jeetendra also worked as a Product Integrity Manager at Kohl's Department Stores, where they were responsible for managing a $6+ billion product portfolio and implementing sustainable sourcing practices. Earlier in their career, Jeetendra worked as a Product Coordinator and Retail Manager at Dillards, a Buyer at Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd, a Buyer at Bombay Dyeing, and a Planner at Morarjee Mills. In these roles, they managed product portfolios, negotiated costs, implemented visual standards and loss prevention policies, launched new brands, and supervised textile processing.

Jeetendra Shelatkar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, which they completed from 1993 to 1996. Jeetendra then pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Technology of Fibers and Textile Processing at the Institute Of Chemical Technology from 1996 to 1999. Later on, they acquired an Associates degree in Business Management and Marketing from Bluegrass Community and Technical College between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an (ISC)² Candidate from (ISC)² in June 2023.
