Ada Reci Zere

Ada Reci Zere currently serves as the Recruitment Manager at SPAR Albania, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Ada worked as a Professional Recruiter at Eurolab Internacional Grup from November 2022 to September 2023, and as a Senior Recruiter focusing on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Neptun shpk from October 2021 to October 2022. Ada's extensive experience in human resources dates back to a long tenure at ALBtelecom Albania, where roles included Senior HR in HR Processes and Senior Complaints Case Management from June 2009 to October 2021. Ada holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Justice from the University of Tirana (2009-2014) and graduated with First Honors in Political Science from the University of Tirana (2003-2007).
