Maurice van Hattem

Maurice van Hattem is an accomplished IT Manager currently leading the Stores & Online division at Spar Holding Netherlands since October 2021, where responsibilities encompass the management of software solutions and the development of IT innovations. Previously, Maurice served as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager at bol.com from March 2015 to October 2021, overseeing the implementation of significant innovations including Same Day Delivery services. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Improvement Consultant at Brink’s, Lean Trainee at Volant Groep, and internships focused on Lean implementation at Alewijnse and Friesland Foods. Maurice holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a Minor in World Class Manufacturing and various certifications, including ITIL 4 Foundation.
