Emil Wittrup-Christiansen

Emil Wittrup-Christiansen began their work experience in 2005 at Alka Forsikring, where they worked in sales until 2007. In 2007, they joined Spar Nord as a Back Office Derivatives employee. Over the years, they held various roles in the company, including FX - Trader, PM for FX, MM, and Cash Management, and FX & Derivatives Settlement. Emil then became a Business Developer for Post Trade in 2016 before being promoted to Head of Back Office, Regulations & Development, Market Surveillance & Portfolio Administration in 2017. Currently, Emil holds the position Head of Back Office, Regulations & Development and Portfolio Administration at Spar Nord Bank A/S, which they started in April 2023.

Emil Wittrup-Christiansen completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Aalborg University in 2010. In 2012, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Aarhus University. In 2018, Emil pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Business Institute Denmark. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a Project Excellence - Advanced program in Project Management at Implement Consulting Group. Prior to these studies, Emil attended HSSYD in Næstved from 2002 to 2005, and Rolloskolen in Faxe from 1991 to 2001.
