Previous roles include Retail Sales Director at Electrohold Sales, where Todor led customer experience and sales strategy initiatives, and Deputy Director of Customer Care Division at CEZ Bulgaria EAD, focusing on customer service management. Early career experiences include roles in business development, editorial work, and consulting within the energy and utilities sectors. Todor holds a Master's degree in Finance and Banking and another in Economics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
