Bernard Keith Edwards

Bernard Keith Edwards has extensive experience as a Photo License Technician, having served in this role at SPARC SERVICES since March 2018 and previously at Sparcphilly from November 2013 to June 2015. Responsibilities included capturing images for licenses and ensuring accuracy, alongside addressing customer inquiries and facilitating appropriate referrals.
