Alice Eastwood

Alice Eastwood is a seasoned design professional with a broad range of experience in service and strategic design across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Service Designer at SPARCK since October 2022, Alice is focused on enhancing experiences for citizens and staff in the UK Public Sector. Prior to this role, Alice worked at BCG Digital Ventures as a Senior Strategic Designer, where the emphasis was on developing transformative products through deep consumer research. Alice also held multiple positions at Accenture Song, contributing to design research and strategy across diverse industries, including healthcare and telecommunications. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant Account Executive at CLM BBDO, concentrating on FMCG accounts. Alice Eastwood holds a BA in Modern Languages from Durham University and a degree in Translation and Interpretation from Universidad de Granada.
