Amanda Donavanik

Amanda Donavanik is a seasoned Lead User Experience Designer and Researcher at BJSS, where responsibilities include conducting UX research, influencing product roadmaps, and applying human-centered design principles. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Researcher at SOUR, where Amanda synthesized research findings and facilitated co-creation workshops, and as a Design Researcher and Strategist at an Educational Association in New Jersey, focusing on member-centric solutions. Previous positions also include Design Director at ROOM Lab and Chief Operations Officer at both Maincourse Architect and ROOM Concept Store, with extensive experience in mentoring teams, conducting customer research, and leading design processes. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Strategic Design and Management from Parsons School of Design and various certifications from prestigious institutions, coupled with a Bachelor of Architecture from Chulalongkorn University.
