Melissa Galliwade

Melissa Galliwade is an experienced professional serving as the Culture Lead for the Nottingham, Birmingham, and Bristol offices of SPARCK since May 2020, where responsibilities include fostering an engaging workplace culture and collaborating with Squad Leads. Previously held positions include UX Researcher and Squad Lead at SPARCK, and Digital Consultant at BJSS, focusing on digital transformations. Prior to SPARCK and BJSS, Melissa worked at Capgemini Consulting as a Consultant specializing in Strategic Change Management, and at Tesco PLC as a Strategic Change Manager, where Melissa led the implementation of a new People Service Operating Model. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham and a CIPD-accredited MA in Business and HR Management from the University of Westminster.
