Komal Pant

Komal Pant has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Komal currently serves as the TSM Lead (ROW Region) at Spardha School of Music, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Trainer Success Manager at the same company from July 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Spardha School of Music, Komal worked at Bizquad Technologies and Consultants as the Manager- HR & Admin from November 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they served at Edvantage Solutions as a Placement Consultant from April 2019 to November 2020, and again briefly in November 2019.

Komal's earliest work experience dates back to 2007 when they worked at Bharti AXA Life Insurance as an Agency Development Manager from April 2007 to June 2009. Overall, they have gained expertise in HR & Admin, training management, and consultancy throughout their various roles.

Komal Pant attended Sri Shikshayatan College from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a BA (hons) degree in Political Science and International Relations.
