Alina Fialho has over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. Alina began their career in 2010 as an HR Analyst (Talent Acquisition) at Bombril, a large Brazilian company in the hygiene and cleaning industry. In 2015, they joined Futurestep, A Korn Ferry Company, as a Senior Recruiter. At Korn Ferry, they were part of the Projects' team and was responsible for adapting to pre-existing processes while working on the full cycle. In 2017, they became a Senior Recruiter at SumUp, a European fintech. At SumUp, they created the Talent Acquisition workflow, manual and internal documents for the area, trained hiring managers and the operations recruiters, and managed a partner agency. In 2019, they joined VanHack as a Tech Recruiter, where they were responsible for screening and interviewing tech professionals from all over the world. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist (remote) at Spare, where their goal is to create equitable, accessible, and sustainable public transportation systems for all communities.
Alina Fialho completed a Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resources Administration at FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado from 2014 to 2015. Alina also attended Universidade Metodista de São Paulo from 2007 to 2011, studying Psychology. In March 2021, they obtained a SheCodes Coding Workshop certification from SheCodes Workshops.
