Jan Wenger

Jan Wenger has a diverse work experience in the automotive industry. Jan is currently working at SPARETECH, where they hold the role of Availability Platform Strategy Lead since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Manager from January 2021 and as a Customer Success Manager from June 2019, both in the same company.

Before joining SPARETECH, Jan worked at Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC (Charleston, SC) in 2018, where they were responsible for material control and logistics planning.

Jan started their career at Daimler AG in 2017, where they held various roles. This includes their Bachelor Thesis - Anlauffabrik Motoren from March 2018 to August 2018, Working Student - Anlauffabrik Motoren from September 2017 to February 2018, and Internship - MPS from March 2017 to August 2017.

Jan Wenger has a strong educational background in the field of management and engineering. Jan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Engineering Management at Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018. Afterwards, Jan pursued their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering and Management at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, which they completed from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Management (MM) in Management through a double degree program at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2021. Throughout their education, Jan also acquired various certifications. These include the HAW.International scholarship from DAAD Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst in August 2021, the DAAD English Language Certificate (C1) from Hochschule München in November 2019, the TOPSIM - General Management certification from TOPSIM GmbH in June 2018, and the Lean Awareness Simulation certification from Daimler AG in June 2017.
