Philips F. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Philips started their career at Procter & Gamble, where they held various finance roles including FP&A Manager, Marketing & Sales Finance Manager, and Supply Chain Finance Manager for the Hair Care BU. Philips then joined Alibaba Group, where they served as the BG Financial Planning & Analysis Leader and later as the BU Finance Leader for Cainiao. Afterward, they worked at OYO as a Finance Director, responsible for business planning, financial analysis, and management reporting. Following OYO, they served as the CFO at Hachi Intelligence Group, focusing on revenue growth, net profit improvement, and R&D investment. Currently, Philips is the Senior Finance Director at Spark Education, where they have built a financial model to aid in strategic decision-making and target setting.

Philips F. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in accounting from Wuhan University of Technology in 2003.
