Allison Carroll has a diverse work experience. Allison started their career in 2006 as a Game Day Promotions team member at the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club and served in this role until 2014. In 2012, they joined Symphony Senior Living as an Activities Director and held this position until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Allison worked as a Community Builder and Recreation Therapist at Spark Lifecare, and then they transitioned to the role of Director of Culture and Caregiver Success at the same company until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Community Engagement at Spark Lifecare. Additionally, in 2020, they founded Spark University and serves as the Executive Director.
Allison Carroll completed their education with an Honours Bachelor of Art degree in Leisure Studies and Psychology from the University of Ottawa, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. After that, they pursued a Diploma in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Georgian College, where they studied from 2010 to 2011.
