Justin Chipman

Justin Chipman's work experience starts in 2007 when they worked as a Paraprofessional at National Heritage Academies. Justin continued in this role until 2010. In 2012, they returned to National Heritage Academies as a Paraprofessional and worked until 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Student Nurse at Central Florida Regional Hospital for a brief period. In 2015, they had various roles, including working as a Registered Nurse at William Beaumont Health System and a Home Health Nurse at Ameristaff. Justin also worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services department at Garden City Hospital. In 2017, they worked as an RN Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Nurse Supervisor at Premier Visiting Nurse. From 2019 to 2023, Justin worked at Centria Healthcare where they held several roles including Assistant Director, Clinical Leader/Authorizations Lead, Deputy Director of Clinical Services & Authorizations Liaison, and Director Of Clinical Services. Currently, Justin Chipman holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Spark Pediatrics.

Justin Chipman earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing from Remington College School of Nursing in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Oakland University in 2005-2008.
