Amy Kocak

Amy Kocak has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role as Talent Acquisition Lead, Technology Operations at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. involves discovering, developing, and delivering potential treatments for genetic diseases. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Novo Nordisk, where they contributed to diabetes care and hormone therapy. Amy also served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at AstraZeneca for their Oncology Business Unit. Amy has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having previously worked as a Global Recruiter at Johnson & Johnson and as a Scientific Staffing Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals. In addition, they held roles at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, PricewaterhouseCoopers, McKessonHBOC, and Stellar Scientific, where they gained expertise in clinical development, recruiting, and operations management.
