John Quigley

John Quigley has a diverse work history in talent acquisition and recruitment. John currently holds the role of Talent Attraction & Sourcing Lead at Spark Therapeutics, Inc., where they lead the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Pfizer, where they shaped and drove talent acquisition strategy. John also has experience at GSK as a Recruitment Account Manager, where they partnered with hiring leaders on recruitment initiatives. In addition, they have previous experience at TAPFIN Process Solutions and Merion Publications. Their career began as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Kenexa.

John Quigley obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Marketing (Cum Laude) from Montgomery County Community College. John continued their education at Peirce College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, they acquired a Black Belt Certificate in Internet Recruitment from Social Talent in August 2016.
