Sandy Aman Keller

Sandy Aman Keller has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sandy began their career at DoubleStar, Inc. as a Sr Consultant/ Practice Lead from 1997 to 2002. Sandy then joined AstraZeneca as a Recruitment Manager from 2002 to 2005. Sandy continued to work with AstraZeneca in various roles such as Sr HR Partner, Director Employment Practices, Retained Project Lead for Global HR Transformation, Diversity and Inclusion Lead, HR Franchise Business Partner, and Sr. Director HR Business Partner- Global RD. Sandy was also the Exec Dir- Center of Expertise Lead, US, where they led the Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Compensation functions for AstraZeneca in the US, aligning them with global standards.
