Dr. Daniel Baumgarten is the Head of Department Risk Governance at Sparkasse KölnBonn. Dr. Daniel has extensive experience in risk management, capital planning, and research in the financial sector. Prior to their current role, Dr. Daniel held positions at University of Cologne, Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen, and WestLB. Dr. Baumgarten holds a Ph.D. in Management Accounting and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
