Eynat Arpi Abissera

Eynat Arpi Abissera has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2009. Her most recent role is Global Director of People and Culture at SparkBeyond, a position they have held since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for scaling the company across 6 countries, leading and driving talent strategy, creating and implementing People and Culture infrastructures, managing a global team of professionals, providing professional and personal consulting and coaching, implementing a success framework for people's professional development and career growth, and managing various People initiatives. Prior to this role, they held the role of HR Business Partner C4I & Cyber Elbit systems at Elbit Systems Ltd from 2021. From 2009 to 2021, they held various roles at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, including Senior HRBP, R&D Division, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Expert.

Eynat Arpi Abissera obtained their M.A in Organizational Sociology from Bar-Ilan University between 2010 and 2012, and their B.A in sociology and Human Resources from the University of Haifa between 2007 and 2010.
